NEW ARRIVALS!
2009 Gibson Les Paul 50th Anniversary 59 reissue Limited Edition! $4499.99 Here's a very limited edition version of Gibson's 59 Les Paul! Gibson initially offered a run of 500 50th anniversary 59 reissues in the standard sunbursts. After these sold out, they did an additional run of R9's in Burgundy Burst, Amber Orange Burst and Rust Burst. Limited to 59 pieces each, these guitars featured finishes that made many vintage nuts take notice. Gorgeous recreations of some of the varied burst shades you would see in books like Beauty of the Burst. Many folks considered these limited run guitars to be the best looking R9s in years. The new 59 reissues have a few nice updates to make them even more accurate. Incredible quality and attention to detail. The non weight relived body is one piece mahogany for incredible sustain. The book matched flame maple top features the authentic 50’s contour. This example has some very realistic figuring. Cool 3D flame with hints of curl throughout and a nice “peek-a-boo” effect where the flame hides or changes depending on the angle. The one piece mahogany neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard (nice and dark) with correct shape trapezoid fingerboard inlays. Holly headstock veneer. Zebra coil Burstbucker 1 and 2 pickups deliver killer PAF tone. CTS pots and bumblebee caps. Lightweight Stopbar Tailpiece, ABR-1 Tuneomatic bridge and tulip button Kluson style tuners keep it rock solid. An amazing amount of research went into this incredible recreation. About as accurate as it gets. The nitro lacquer light burgundy burst finish looks incredibly accurate. This one is a gloss finish, not a VOS. Nice, shiny with none of the simulated aging of the VOS guitars. An absolutely gorgeous Les Paul that is sure to become collectible in the coming years! Click Here for more info.

EMG 81 and 85 active pickups deliver trademark metal tone. A Tuneomatic bridge, Stopbar tailpiece and Grover Rotomatic tuners keep it rock solid. The finish is Gibson's raw BFG treatment.
