Shipping is a flat $50.00 per guitar anywhere in the continental USA. Shelton's Guitars ships via UPS and uses top quality boxes and packing materials. All shipments are insured for full value and include online tracking. Rest assured, your guitar will arrive safe and sound. If you are an international buyer or live outside the continental USA, email us at sales@sheltonsguitars.com with your full ship to address for a shipping quote.

Shelton's Guitars accepts Paypal, bank transfers, and US Postal money orders from customers in the USA. If you are paying with Paypal, you must have a CONFIRMED ship to address. Personal and certified checks are not accepted. International customers can pay by bank transfer or Western Union. Sorry, Shelton's guitars does not accept Paypal or checks from International buyers.

To make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, Shelton's Guitars offers a 24 hour approval period. Your purchase can be returned for a full refund minus the cost of shipping both ways as long as you follow the requirements below. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact Shelton's Guitars at sales@sheltonsguitars.com within 24 hours of receipt. Shelton's Guitars will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) for your purchase. The item must be sent back via UPS Ground, fully insured, adult signature required with the RMA # clearly written on the outside of the box. A tracking number must be received by Shelton's Guitars within 24 hours of issuing an RMA in order to qualify for the return. The item must be in the exact same condition as sent to qualify for a return. Items without an RMA # will not qualify for a return. Shelton's Guitars will not be responsible for shipping damage on items returned to us. There will be no returns or approval period on discounted or sale items.
