Top notch quality and playability at a great price! Godin offers players incredible bang for the buck. This Triumph is no exception. A hip retro inspired guitar that is at home with a variety of musical styles. The single cutaway mahogany body offers nice warm tone. The 24.75 inch scale hard rock maple neck features a rosewood fingerboard with a flat fingerboard radius and 22 medium jumbo frets. A trio of Godin low noise single coils can do tones form rock to country. A string through bridge and sealed tuners keep it rock solid. The finish is a natural walnut satin stain. It's a matte finish that's thin and really lets the tone of the guitar out. If you are tired of overpriced guitars that don't deliver check out a Godin!
Like most Godins I've had in stock, this guitar is a good player. Nice, low, low action. Good feel. The dual humbuckers sound good and work great. This is a solid used guitar and I would be ultra clean if not for one touched up ding. Visible here. Not the best touch up job. Otherwise, it shows light scratches and indents. Very nice otherwise. Comes in a gigbag.
Godin has always brought out some great no frills guitars for players. The Triumph offers a lot of variety in a comfortable package. No longer available new, this may be your best bet to grab one.
