Nothing is more rock n roll than a Flying V! A classic combo of features for big tone. These reissues really have the vibe of an original 60s V! Solid mahogany body for excellent sustain. Solid mahogany neck with a slim taper and a rosewood fingerboard for easy playability. Hot 500T and 496R pickups for smoking hot tones. Tuneomatic bridge and Stopbar tailpiece for rock solid performance. Vintage Kluson style tuners are dependable and accurate. Classic black lacquer finish. Rock guitars don't get much cooler than a Flying V!
This V has good feel and nice tone. The neck is straight and the action is good. The pickups are loud and powerful. This is a solid used guitar and would be good for a player. It shows light to moderate pick and clearcoat scratches, moderate belt buckle wear and some indents and dings. No big deal if you're gonna play it. Comes in original hardshell case.
A Gibson V is a legendary instrument. Classic lines and powerful tone. A new one would cost you $1199 at the superstores. Buy a used one and save some dough! This is as cool as it gets without mortgaging your house for an original late 60s V!
