A very cool color on a limited edition ES-335! It doesn't get much better! Newer 335's like this one are now made by Gibson's Custom Division. That means better attention to detail and overall quality. This one is no exception. Looking for versatility? It’s hard to beat a 335! The warmth of a hollowbody with the sustain of a solid body. The laminated flame maple body features a solid maple center block for killer tone. The one piece mahogany neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays. Dual 57 Classic pickups dish out killer tones. A Stopbar tailpiece, Tuneomatic bridge and Grover Rotomatic tuners keep everything rock solid. This example is finished in gorgeous and very hip Inverness Green lacquer. A very rare Gibson Custom Color in the 60s, this finish gives this guitar a great look. It is complimented by black plastic and nickel hardware. A great and hard to find color!
This 335 plays and sounds great. The slim to medium thickness ES taper neck feels good. The neck is straight, the frets are fine and the action is where it should be. The pickups deliver killer tone and variety. Everything works as it should. This is a nice used guitar. Presumably collector owned as it shows very little signs of use. Some light playwear and scratches. Super nice. Comes in original hardshell case with cert.
ES-335’s are well loved for versatile tones and killer looks. No guitar arsenal is complete without one! This color was a limited edition and is no longer available in stores. Here's your chance to grab one at a great price.
