Fender's latest American Standard series are great instruments. Made in the USA quality and killer, upgraded features. A really nice package. The body is alder for great tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 9.5 inch radius maple fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. A trio of American Strat single coils deliver tons of tones. An upgraded 2 point trem with stamped saddles and sealed tuners keep it all rock solid. The finish is Fender's classic sunburst and is set off by chrome hardware and white plastic. A great color. Everything you need in a Strat!
This Strat plays great and has classic tone. The modern C shaped neck feels awesome and the action is low. The pickups sound great with killer tone. A nice performing guitar. This is a solid used guitar. It shows light to moderate pick, clearcoat and belt scratches as well as some indents and dings. There's some deeper indents on the back but they don't go through the finish. Fine for a player. Comes in a Fender hardshell case.
I'm really impressed by Fender's newest American Standards. Great quality and tone. A new one will cost you $999 in stores. I can save you big time on this one!
