This Strat offers you the quality and value that the Standard Series is known for. The body is alder for classic tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a maple fingerboard with 21 frets. A trio of single coils dishes out classic Strat tone. A vintage style trem offers whammy action while the sealed tuners keep it solid. This example is finished in black and is set off with an upgraded green pearloid pickguard and black plastic. A great value. Expand your Strat arsenal with this great Fender!
Fender’s Standard Series incorporates many features that will please modern players. The flat radius and modern C shape neck make playability a breeze. The pickups and electronics are good too offering high output with good clarity. Classic Strat tone. Everything works as it should on this one. This Strat would be great for a player. Not a collector piece. It shows light to moderate pick and clearcoat scratches, moderate belt wear as well as some indents and dings. The bottom strap button hole looks to have been filled, touched up and replaced at one point. No big deal for a player. Comes in a gigbag.
I’ve sold tons of Standard Series Fenders and have always been impressed with the overall vibe and quality. A great combo of value, quality and versatility. This example sports a one of a kind look.
