Click any picture for supersize view! Wow, what a cool Dano! Dano's Hodad combined classic Danelectro tone and looks with modern features. Very versatile and great bang for the buck. The semi hollow masonite body delivers a snappy sound. The 25 inch scale maple neck features a rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets. FOUR Lipstick tube pickups deliver classic Dano Tone. Each set of 2 pickups is hooked to a push/pull coil split. Tons of variety here, folks. Pretty dang cool. An adjustable bridge and sealed tuners keep it all together. This example is finished in a hip sparkle black and is set off by chrome hardware. A ton of guitar for the bucks! This guitar is tons of fun to play thanks to easy action and a lot of tones. The neck is straight and the action is low. The frets show a moderate amount of use. The pickups sound awesome and the guitar really can do a lot tonally. The neck pickup volume control is sometimes a bit scratchy. This is a fine used guitar showing normal playwear. It has light to moderate pick and clearcoat scratches as well as some indents. The gigbag is one of those cool Dano "amp in a bag" models. It's in overall good shape but is a little grungey. This is a great guitar for the bucks. Unfortunately Dano no longer offers these. I really dig the retro/modern Dano meets Mosrite styling of these and all of the cool tones. A really fun guitar. ST#SG7X0/019908378XX112411 |
