Souped up and ready to go! Looking for a Strat with vintage looks plus modern feel and tones? Check out the 62 Hot Rod. Like a well loved 60s Strat with many player oriented modifications, this guitar can handle just about anything you throw at it. Made in the USA with good specs. The body is alder for good tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 9.5 inch radius rosewood fingerboard with 21 medium jumbo frets. A trio of American Vintage Strat single coil pickups team up for a variety of tones. A vintage style tremolo and Kluson style tuners keep it rock solid. The finish is Olympic White Thinskin lacquer. The Thinskin finishes really capture the feel and vibe of a vintage instrument. A cool guitar that's ready for almost any gig!
This Strat has good feel and tone. The vintage C shaped neck is comfortable and has nice action. The pickups sound great and deliver a variety of tones. Everything works as it should. Condition wise, this is a solid used guitar. It shows light pick and clearcoat scratches. There's some indents and dings on the back and the headstock logo shows some wear. A cool vintage look. Comes in original hardshell case.
You can't beat a Strat! Here's one that's even better than average thanks to the factory Hot Rod electronics. Maybe the only instrument you'll need at a gig. A new one will set you back $1699 at the stores. Here's one that will save you some cash.
