2011 Fender Wayne Kramer Stratocaster! SOLD!

Click any picture for supersize view!

Detroit old school! A very cool tribute to MC5 guitarist Wayne Kramer's personal Strat. A crazy finish and some cool features set this one apart from the crowd. The body is alder for great tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 7.25 inch radius rosewood fingerboard with 21 vintage style frets. Dual vintage style single coil Strat pickups team up with a Seymour Duncan 59 in the middle for a variety of tones. A vintage style trem and Fender F tuners round out the hardware. The finish is lacquer and replicates Kramer's original stars and stripes axe. The guitar comes from the factory reliced to appear like a guitar that has been touring bars for the past 35 years. A very cool instrument!

This Strat plays and sounds great. The neck is straight, the action is low and the frets are great. The pickups offer a variety of tones. The electronics work as they should. This guitar was collector owned. Bought new and recently traded in, it has seen very little use. As it comes from the factory with dents, dings, scratches, and checking, it would be tough to call it mint but it's practically unplayed. Comes in original gigbag.

Fender has been offering some cool instruments lately. This Wayne Kramer Strat is no exception. Killer looks and some hip features. A new one is $999 in the superstores. Here's a very nice one for less.

SOLD!
