A great guitar for classical tones at stage volumes! The SST Classic offers players the sound of an amplified nylon string guitar without all of the feedback problems. First offered by Gibson as a Chet Atkins model, the SST utilizes unique construction techniques to make an instrument that really performs. The body is mahogany and features computer designed chambering for good acoustic like tone. The top is spruce for that warmth and zing of an acoustic instrument. The set 24.75 inch scale neck features a rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. The Shadow pickup teams with the SST preamp to offer tons of sounds. you can even plug in headphones for quiet practicing. A rosewood bridge and Classical tuners round out the hardware. The finish is natural and is complimented by gold hardware. A really cool instrument that offers tons of sounds!
The SST Studio offers unique looks and sounds for a great price. This example feels, sounds and plays great. Nice tone for the bucks. Condition wise, this is a NEW OLD STOCK guitar. It was leftover stock from a local store and shows only light shopwear. Straight from the stockroom! As nice or nicer than most hanging in the superstores! 100% first quality, not a blem or a 2nd.
