I've always been a huge fan of Gibson flat tops like the J-200 and Hummingbird. There's just something about the styling that really pleases me. The problem with those guitars is that they cost MEGA BUCKS. Epiphone to the rescue! The Epiphone Dove gives you the look of a 60s Gibson without the high price tag! A solid spruce top offers great tone and projection. Mahogany back and sides add punch. The 25.5 inch scale, set maple neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with split parallelogram inlays. The pickguard features a fancy birds and flowers design. The whole package is finished in a gorgeous cherry sunburst. An incredibly cool looking instrument!

I’ve been quite impressed with most recent Epis. The quality is good, they sound great and play fine for the money. An incredible value. This guitar is no exception. Good feel and tone for the bucks. Everything works as it should. This is a NEW OLD STOCK guitar. It was leftover stock from a local store and shows only light shopwear. Straight from the stockroom!
