Stripped down and ready to rock! The Les Paul Studio was designed to offer players all of the tone of a real Les Paul but at a great price. No fancy binding or inlays, just big Les Paul tone. The body is mahogany and features a carved top. The set mahogany neck features a rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Dual humbuckers dish out big tone. A Stopbar tailpiece, Tuneomatic bridge and Grover Rotomatic tuners keep it all rock solid. The finish is a matte satin worn cherry similar to Gibson's vintage mahogany Les Pauls. Just like on the more expensive Gibsons, the matte finish lets all of the tone out. I'm a big fan of the recent satin finishes as the guitars tend to sound more lively than their gloss counterparts and they also wear in a cool way. A nice Les Paul for the bucks!
I’ve been quite impressed with most recent Epis. The quality is good, they sound great and play fine for the money. An incredible value. This Les Paul is no exception. Good feel and tone for the bucks. Everything works as it should. This is a NEW OLD STOCK guitar. It was leftover stock from a local store and shows only light shopwear. Straight from the stockroom! As nice or nicer than most hanging in the superstores! Comes in a FREE lightweight gigbag!
