The Johnny Hiland model is an incredible tribute to one of the hottest guitar players out there today. Johnny is well known for being a master of many genres. The special JH carve 25 inch scale maple neck features a 24 fret maple fingerboard with dot inlays. Dual custom wound Johnny Hiland humbuckers deliver classic vintage tone. A push/pull pot and 3 way switch offers tones from country twang to full out rock. A PRS trem and locking tuners round out the hardware. This instrument sports a Charcoal Burst finish that really sets off the beauty of the wood. An incredible instrument with an amazing variety of tones!
This Hiland model plays and sounds great. The Hiland carve neck feels great and the action is low. The pickups sound awesome and deliver warm tone. A great guitar. This is a nice used guitar . Not clean enough for collector weenies, it would make a player more than happy. It shows light to moderate pick and clearcoat scratches as well as some minor indents. One longer scratch on the back. Still a nice looking guitar that will please the majority of players. Comes in original hardshell case.
The PRS Johnny Hiland model appeals to players from many genres. This is a PRS that can do it all. Cool looks, tones and a great tribute to a great player. PRS no longer offers the Hiland model. It was around $2400 in stores when you could get them. This may be your best chance to grab one.
