If you're tired of spending big bucks on Fender and Gibson to only be disappointed, you should have a look at this Musicman. A great modern guitar with nice feel and tone. Build quality that's above what you usually see in this price range. Made in the USA. Musicman was started by Leo Fender and continues his innovative spirit. Nice specs. The body is alder for good tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 10 inch radius rosewood fingerboard with 24 frets. The neck is nicely figured and features grain you usually see only on high end Custom Shop instruments. Dual Dimarzio humbuckers dish out big tone. A Musicman string through hardtail bridge and sealed Schaller tuners keep it rock solid. the finish is a gorgeous cherry red transparent and is set off by a black pickguard and chrome hardware. A really nice guitar with excellent feel and tone.

This Ernie Ball is a great instrument. The neck is comfortable, the frets are good and the action is low. The pickups deliver big tone and sound great. Everything works as it should. A nice guitar. Condition wise, this Ernie Ball is used but has been well taken care of. It shows light to moderate pick and clearcoat scratches. Normal playwear. A nice looking instrument. Comes in a Musicman gigbag.

The Silhouette is a great instrument. As nice or nicer as almost any modern Strat you can find. Made in the USA quality and great specs. Musicman doesn't offer this particular configuration anymore. A new Silhouette costs $1330 at the superstores. Save big time on this nice used example.
