2007 Ibanez XPT700 Xiphos! SOLD!

Dangerous curves! This is perhaps one of my favorite can opener shaped guitars I've had in stock in awhile! Crazy looks and punishing tone. Nice specs on this one. The Xiphos is a neck through design with a maple/walnut center section and mahogany wings. The 25.5 inch scale bound rosewood fingerboard features 24 jumbo frets and cool sharkfin inlays. Dual USA made Dimarzio D Activator pickups dish out punishing tone. Sealed tuners and a Floyd Rose trem keep it rock solid. The finish is an outrageous chameleon flip flop green/gold metal flake. Outrageous looking and sure to stun a crowd. A really cool guitar for not a lot of loot!
This Ibanez plays and sounds great. The neck is straight, the action is low and the frets are good. The pickups dish out excellent tone. Everything works as it should. Condition wise, this is a fine used guitar. It shows light pick and clearcoat scratches, some hardware corrosion and few indents on the edge. Nothing major very nice guitar. No case but will be double boxed for shipment.
This guitar has it all. Cool looks, powerful sound and a great price. Perhaps one of the craziest looking guitars I've seen in awhile, this Ibanez is not for the faint of heart.
