The Advanced Jumbo is regarded by many as the best flat top ever built. Many proud Herringbone D-28 owners have been put to shame by a good AJ, hence the AJ's nickname of "the Bonecrusher". This one is top notch all around with all of the quality you would expect from the Gibson Montana shop. The top is solid spruce for great tone while the back and sides are solid Indian rosewood. The 25.5 inch scale mahogany neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl arrow inlays. A rosewood bridge and Gotoh open back tuners keep it rock solid. The finish is a gorgeous sunburst lacquer. An incredible flat top that will keep up with the best!
This is a great guitar. The neck is comfortable. The frets are good. Really nice tone with tons of projection and punch. A great flat picker's guitar. This is a great opportunity to grab a killer instrument. Super clean condition. Collector owned and recently traded in to yours truly, it's seen very little playtime. Super mega light playwear. Many would call it new old stock. As good as it gets in a used guitar. Comes in original hardshell case.
