2005 Epiphone Les Paul Custom! SOLD!

Click any picture for supersize view!

All of the gorgeous looks of the original without the high price tag! Epi’s authorized recreation of the Les Paul Custom is a top notch instrument. The body is mahogany with a carved top. The set mahogany neck features a bound ebony fingerboard with pearloid block inlays. Dual Alnico magnet humbuckers dish out trademark Les Paul crunch. Grover tuners, a Stopbar tailpiece and Tuneomatic bridge round out the hardware. The headstock features the trademark split diamond inlay, the body is multiple bound and all hardware is gold plated for an incredibly deluxe look. This example is finished in white for a cool Randy Rhodes/Steve Jones vibe! The tuxedo of Les Pauls!

This Epi is priced affordably for the player. It feels good and sounds fine. Frets are good. The pickups sound fine. It has a few flaws that make it bargain priced. Condition wise it shows moderate pick, clearcoat and belt scratches as well as some indents. The hardware shows some plating fade, especially on the bridge. The pots are a little scratchy. There's some paint touch up on the neck binding near the nut visible by clicking HERE. I dunno if the binding separated a bit (something I've seen on other Epi LP Customs) or what but it looks and feels solid. Comes in a goofy banjo gig bag which provides decent protection.

Here’s a great chance to save some cash on a fun guitar. Some minor issue but a good instrument for bargain hunters.  $699.00 in stores but my price will save you some loot. Groovy!

SOLD!
