Incredible Gibson Custom Shop quality and attention to detail! A really, really cool recreation of a 1958 Burst! Custom shop built with top of the line workmanship and materials. The non weight relieved body is mahogany with a carved maple top. The one piece 58 shaped maple neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with accurate pearloid trapezoid inlays. Dual Burstbucker humbuckers dish out killer tone. Kluson style tuners, Stopbar tailpiece and ABR Tuneomatic bridge round out the hardware. This example is finished a gorgeous dark sunburst lacquer. Really authentic with all the right details. Bumble Bee caps, long neck tenon, etc. This is an incredible Les Paul!
Many players love the big 58 style necks. Nice and chunky but still comfortable. The action is low and the frets are great. The factory now PLEK's these guitars for killer playability out of the box. The Burstbuckers sound great with nice tone and good articulation. This is a great looking guitar too. It has the VOS finish which means it already has an aged look. It has the vibe of a lightly used guitar thanks to a factory dulled finish, aged hardware and light scratches. A cool look! This guitar was collector owned and has seen very little playtime. Very nice condition. Comes in original hardshell case with a pile of case candy.
Gibson’s Les Paul reissues are incredible guitars. Awesome tones, looks and quality. A new one will set you back $3699.00 in stores. Why not save some cash on a nice used one?
