2006 Fender 69 Reissue Stratocaster Vintage Heavy Relic! SOLD!

Woodstock! Nothing beats a white Strat and many players rate the late 60s Hendrix configuration as tops. Big headstock, hot single coils and classic Strat vibe, this guitar defined and era. This Custom Shop recreation cops the vibe perfectly. Top notch quality throughout. The body is select alder for classic tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 9.5 inch radius maple fingerboard with 21 medium jumbo frets. A trio of Custom Shop Fat 50s single coils dish out big tone. Fender's trademark trem and Schaller F tuners keep it rock solid. The finish is classic vintage Olympic White and has been subjected to Fender's Vintage Heavy Relic treatment.   Lots of mojo, vibe, dents and dings just like a bar band weekend warrior. It's what Hendrix's Strat might have looked like had he been around to play it! An incredible Strat that is made to be played!

This Strat plays and sounds great. The U shaped neck and big frets are easy to play. The Custom Shop pickups sound awesome. Classic Strat tone here. This guitar was collector owned and has seen very little playtime. As clean as a relic can get with little evidence of any genuine use. Comes in original case with cert and a pile of case candy.

This specific variation of a 69 reissue is tough to find and must have been a limited edition. You can find a regular vintage spec relic (not a heavy relic) in the super stores but it will have vintage frets and feel. It will also cost you $3000-4000 big ones. Here's one for less that is begging to be played.
