Advanced features combined with a lightweight body equal mega tone! The Parker Fly Single Cutaway is the first new body shape since the introduction of the original Fly. Think of it as Parker's Les Paul offering warm, thick, vintage tone along with the amazing made in the USA quality and innovation that made this company famous. The body is mahogany for sustain while the top is quilted maple for gorgeous looks. The 25.5 inch scale mahogany neck is reinforced with carbon-glass-epoxy for amazing stability. The 10-13 inch compound radius composite fingerboard features 22 hardened stainless steel frets for superior durability and comfort. Pickups are genuine Seymour Duncan JB and Jazz units for classic tone. A Stopbar tailpiece, Tuneomatic bridge and Sperzel locking tuners round out the hardware. The finish is a gorgeous red to black sunburst that really highlights the figure of the wood. An incredible guitar for players looking for quality and innovation!
Like most Parkers, this Fly Single Cut plays great. The neck is straight and the frets are good. The pickups sound awesome with tons of bark and fat sustain. Everything works as it should. This is a clean guitar too. It only shows light pick and clearcoat scratches. Ver, very well taken care of. Comes in original hardshell case.
Nothing plays or feels like a Parker. These are top notch professional grade instruments sure to delight the gigging or recording player. If you are into advanced designs and excellent tone, this guitar may be for you. A new one will cost you $2399.00 in stores. Here's a nice, clean used one for a lot less!
