What a great guitar for the bucks! The Squier Esprit is inspired by the old Fender Robben Ford models of the 80s and 90s. These were top end guitars designed to compete directly with Gibson's Les Paul and ES-335. The Squier model grabs the innovative features of this great model and delivers it at a killer price. The body is chambered for lighter weight and great tone. It is made of mahogany and features a bound carved top. The set mahogany neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with pearloid blocks. Dual Seymour Duncan designed pickups deliver killer tone. A Stopbar tailpiece, Tuneomatic bridge and sealed tuners keep it rock solid. All hardware is satin plated for an understated look. The finish is a gorgeous sunburst. A great jazz, blues, rock or country guitar at an incredible price!

This instrument plays great and has nice, warm tone. The neck is straight, the frets are good and the action is low. The pickups sound good with full bodied tone. Everything works as it should. This is a nice used guitar. It shows light to moderate pick and clearcoat scratches, Nothing major, just normal playwear. Comes in a free gigbag.

This instrument was from Squier's master series. These guitars were classic designs updated for modern playability. Unfortunately they are out of production. They were great values thanks to good fit and finish, excellent materials and great features. This may be your best chance to get one of these bang for the buck champions.
