Click any picture for supersize view!

The Fender Geddy Lee Jazz Bass is a recreation of the Rush bassist's famous instrument. A great tribute to Rush fans but also an excellent instrument for funk, rock, prog and metal players. Made in Japan to the highest standards of quality. The body is alder for good weight and nice tone. The 34 inch scale maple neck features a bound 9.5 inch radius maple fingerboard with 20 medium jumbo frets and black block inlays. The nut width is an ultra comfortable 1.50 inches. Dual vintage Jazz Bass single coil pickups dish out classic tone.  A Leo Quann Bad Ass bridge and vintage style tuners complete the picture. This example is finished in classic black and set off with a white pickguard. A great bass with tons of low end as well as great definition!

This bass play great and has nice feel. The slim neck and comfy neck feel great. Low action and good frets. The pickups sound good and all electronics work as they should. This is a nice used instrument showing some normal play wear. It shows some light pick and clearcoat scratching on the front and moderate belt scratches on the back. Still nice looking. Comes in a gigbag.

The Geddy Lee Jazz Bass offers classic good looks along with great performance. Nice features and excellent Japanese quality are the trademarks of this instrument. A new one will cost you $999.00 at the superstores. Save some cash on a used one!
