It doesn’t get much hipper than a Dano bass! Heavy on style and light in weight, this bass has been the tool of choice for anyone wanting to be seen as well as heard! The semi hollow masonite body delivers a snappy sound. The maple neck features a rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets. Dual Lipstick tune single coils dish out trademark Dano Tone. The famous Dano bridge and Art Deco tuners keep it all together. This example is finished in black for a hip Jimmy Page vibe. A very cool looking package that would be a worthy addition to any musician’s arsenal.
Thanks to its comfy neck, this bass is easy to play. The action is low and the frets are good. The dual pickups work and sound great. This bass would be great for a player but not something a collector would get excited about. It shows moderate pick, clearcoat and belt scratches as well some indents. Comes in a gigbag.
Dano no longer offers reissues like these. They have been quite popular on the used market. This example is nice and clean and in a classic color. Grab a cool bass!
